Free delivery for all order - UK
Handling Time + Transit Time, and Order Cut-of Time
Handling Time: 1-4 (Monday to Friday ) business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be longer.
Transit time: 4-14 days (Monday to Friday ) business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time: 14:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)
IMPORTANT NOTE: The actual delivery periods may differ based on the chosen shipping method and location, and all delivery dates are only estimates. Please be aware that delivery windows may be extended during busy times or on holidays.
Delivery Terms
We use Standard Shipping to deliver your products.
We use Two Man Delivery Specialists for all our deliveries.
We understand the frustration of waiting all day for a furniture delivery. To make this easier for you. We will contact you before delivery. we provide a 2-hour window for when our delivery team will arrive at your address.
Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your product ships. You may trace the status of your shipment here by using the tracking number that was supplied.
Cancellations
What if I change my mind?
If you feel that the item you ordered isn't right for you, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been dispatched.
Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@jeretailonline.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Missing Parts
If your item appears to be missing any parts, please contact us at +44 333 050 6616, so we can assist you further in resolving the issue. When contacting us, please ensure you include the item name and code, along with the part you believe to be missing.
Incorrect items
Please email us a picture of the incorrect item received, and we will arrange for the item to be returned and you will be sent the correct item. In the event that you return an item yourself, we will not be able to refund you for the shipping costs.
Change of Address
We cannot modify the delivery address once it is in route. If you need to update the delivery address for your order, please email us at info@jeretailonline.co.uk. within 24 hours of placing the order.
