How can I open an account ? 

You can open an account at anytime with us and have access to view our products  If you are interested in setting up a business account, please contact us. Retail customers can shop home equipment & home accessories products on our website

Do you have  all items in stock?

Our website ensures accuracy in displaying stock availability by showing an 'Add to Cart' button for available items  which means our approved suppliers have stock and indicating unavailability otherwise. Customers can opt to receive email notifications when out-of-stock items are back in stock by signing up on the Product Page.

What are your delivery charges?

We offer FREE delivery - only delivery in  UK 

How long will it take for my items to arrive ? 

We understand the importance of timely delivery. Here is the breakdown of our delivery timeline:

Handling Time + Transit Time, and Order Cut-of Time 

Handling Time: 0-4 (Monday to Friday) business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Transit time: 5-10 (Monday to Friday) business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)

What is your returns policy?

We have a 30 Days window return policy provided it has not been used. Please return any unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Is a signature required for the delivery?

 Yes.We use a secure courier delivery service, and you must specify an address where a person will be present to receive the delivery. In case you will not be at home, please you can let us know via phone or email .

When several unsuccessful delivery attempts have been made, the courier company may have to charge for redelivery if the parcel is returned to us. Additionally, couriers offer additional services so that you can specify where you would like the order left, such as a safe place, or you can pick up the order from a drop-off location.

Depending on the courier, you will receive a text or email confirmation from the courier as soon as the delivery has been made. Also, we use Royal Mail tracked services that require a signature or leave a card for you to pick up your parcel.

Is it possible to order an out-of-stock item?

Depending on the item and if we are expecting stock, it may not be possible to pre-order something that is out of stock. Please send an email, message, or give us a call if you have any questions.  If you complete the 'Email us' form, you will be notified when the item becomes available again.

If my delivery address is incorrect, what will happen?

Upon placing your order, you will be asked to specify a delivery address and contact number. In the event that this delivery address is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible.

 If you request that your parcel be left somewhere other than where it should be signed for, we cannot be responsible for the loss or theft of the parcel.

In the event that my parcel does not arrive, what should I do?

You will receive an email with the tracking number of your item if your parcel is going to be delivered by transporter. 

Is it possible to order items for delivery outside the United Kingdom?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time due to logistics reasons at this moment in time. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

In addition to PayPal, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Shop Pay and Google Pay  We process your payment as soon as you place your order. The payments are processed via PayPal - you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. Security checks may be performed on orders before they are despatched. We process all purchases in British pounds. 

What happens if I receive Damaged or defective items? 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@jeretailonline.co.uk with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

Are you committed to privacy and security ?

We are committed to respecting your privacy. We do not sell or disclose our customer information to other sources. During a sales transaction, your credit card information, if submitted, is never stored. Any information we collect from you is solely for the processing of your order. If you choose to sign up for our mailing list, on occasion we will send you targeted marketing information or special product offers.
